Delivery and Returns
We offer complimentary shipping to any address in Singapore, even for a single-item purchase. All deliveries are still possible in this Covid-19 lockdown. Please leave your mobile number in the contact information when you make the purchase as we will be engaging in door-to-door courier services in this period.
We aim to have your parcel delivered to you within 7 working days in Singapore. In the unlikely event where there is a delay, we will inform you.
For overseas customers, please send us an email at email@example.com with the subject “INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE” for any enquiry regarding our products or delivery. We will be able to send you a quote for the delivery charge and the approximate delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 7 working days from the date of receipt. If 7 working days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you will like to return the item with the subject “RETURN” before posting the item out .We will provide you with the address to return the item to. Please note that we do not cover the cost of the return shipment.
We take clear images of all the items before sending them out as proof of their original state. In the case where a defect slipped our inspection, we will be able to replace the defective item for you. Please send us an email at email@example.com to request for an exchange with the subject “EXCHANGE”.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
